Keto Avocado and Egg Breakfast Bowl

· Serving Size: 1 bowl

· Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

2 eggs

Salt

Pepper

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, chopped herbs

· Cooking Time: 10 minutes

· Instructions:

1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.

2. Scoop out a bit more avocado from each half to create a larger well for the eggs.

3. Crack an egg into each avocado half.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

6. Top with optional toppings before serving.
