Keto Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve chilled.
