Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional for thickening)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and xanthan gum.
- Stir until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Slice chicken and serve over the Alfredo sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
